Post Care & Pre-Care

Teeth whitening is a completely safe method of removing years of stains. If you often experience tooth sensitivity its recommended to brush with Sensodyne tooth paste, it is also suggested to do a 3o min session rather then a 60 min session. Must be up tp date on dental visits- preferably within two years. Make sure to brush and floss before your appointment.

For 48 hours following your teeth whitening appointment avoid any foods with dyes such as red wine, coffee or other foods with excessive dyes. if you experience sensitivity following appointment this is normal and should end in about 24 hours.

Tooth Gems can last anywhere from 3-12 months. Once your Gem has come off its recommended to see a dentist to have any residual resin removed.
